Our alumnus

Our  remarkable alumnus are working in the industries such as the food service and restaurant industry, TV programs and publishing companies; and in local governments and NPOs that promote nutrition education.

I worked as a sales assistant for a food manufacturer. However, However, I wanted to learn about food where I can study practically ,comprehensively with expertise, therefore, I decided to register the school. In addition to specialized lectures and cooking practice, the on-site training was a meaningful opportunity to experience the professional world with my own eyes and body, and I was able to make most of the experience after graduation.

Food has been always my passion, which is why I was willing to learned about it more.

As a result, I fell in love with cooking even more, and after graduation I was given the title of "food designer" and assigned to the cooking section of a morning show. In the future, I would like to work on food education.

I had worked in the food industry for few decades. I found the school at the age of 45 when I was  working as a kelp merchant in Tsukiji.I choose the school since the sixth principle generation is a registered dietitian as well as having significant knowledge of business. After taking all oh the curriculum of the school, I finally opened my restaurant when I was 55 year old which was a total  dream come true! I truly appreciate the school for a life changing.

While I was working at a wine trading company, I was also looking for a school that would allow me to make a career in  the food industry and decided to enroll this school.

After finishing the curriculum, I have expanded my business to include consulting for hotels, restaurants, and tableware manufacturers, as well as, and I also lead classes in universities.
